Applicable Platform: WordPress This guide will help you quickly integrate 3Chat AI customer service into your self-built website, allowing customers to initiate inquiries through the chat window, increasing conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

2. Preparations Before Installation
Before starting, please ensure:
✅ You have activated the WordPress Business version or built an image through other platform servers
✅ The WordPress version needs to be v4.2.0 or above
3. Steps to Operate
1. Obtain 3Chat Installation Code
Log in to the 3Chat backend, click on 【Channels】→ 【Live Chat】→ 【Custom Official Website Installation】 in the left navigation bar

Click Copy Code Snippet

2. Access the WordPress Code Editor and Import 3Chat Code
Log in to your cloud server dashboard, visit the WordPress mirror website (if you are directly using the WordPress Business version, you can skip this step)
Go to the WordPress dashboard, in the left menu bar, select 【Plugins】

On the 【Plugins】 page, enter the keyword “wpcode” in the search box, find the WPCode plugin, and click on this option

After enabling the WPCode plugin, click again on **【Plugins】, in the 【Installed Plugins】 list, find WPCode and click 【Code Snippets】 to enter the configuration interface; you can also directly find the plugin configuration entry in the left menu and select 【Code Snippets】** to enter the configuration interface

Enter the WPCode configuration interface, click the 【Add New】 button

On the add code page, click 【+Add Custom Snippet】

Paste the 3Chat installation code copied in the first step directly into the code configuration page, with the code type defaulting to: HTML Snippet, edit the code name for easy viewing in the configuration interface
Use the default settings for the subsequent configuration options to run, and modify as needed


3. Save and Enable the Code
After completing the configuration, click the **【Update】** button in the upper right corner to save your custom code configuration, and also enable the 【Active】 button to ensure the plugin code is in an active state

Return to the list of all codes, where you can see all added code information and whether activation was successful

4. Verify Chat Plugin Effectiveness
If effective, the 3Chat chat icon will appear in the bottom right corner of your website. Please click the icon to test if the interaction is successful. If you can smoothly send and receive messages, it is considered a success.

❓ WPCode plugin not effective after saving?
→ Force refresh: Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
→ Conflict detection:
Disable other code injection plugins (e.g., Header Footer Code Manager)
Switch to default theme (Twenty series) for testing
❓ Multilingual websites partially effective in certain languages?
→ Enable WPCode's 「Run everywhere」 option
→ Create independent code snippets for different languages (language conditions need to be configured)
