If you’ve connected a Facebook Business Page (or Instagram Professional Account) to 3Chat.ai, certain data—such as message content, sender information, and page metadata—may be stored in our system to enable messaging functionality.As required by Meta’s Developer Policies, 3Chat.ai provides a straightforward way for users to request the deletion of this data. Please follow the steps below to delete your authorized data.

Step 1: Log in to 3Chat.ai

Go to https://3chat.ai/en/login and sign in using your email / username and password.

Note: 3Chat.ai does not use Facebook Login for user authentication. You must log in with your 3Chat.ai account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Connected Channels

From the left-hand menu:

• To delete data from a Facebook Page: go to Channels → Facebook

• To delete data from an Instagram Account: go to Channels → Instagram

You’ll see a list of connected business assets.

Step 3: Disconnect the Channel

Find the Facebook page or Instagram account you want to remove in the list, and click “Delete” in the corresponding row to delete its data.

This action will:

• Revoke 3Chat.ai's access to that page/account via the Meta Graph API

• Permanently delete all authorized data stored in 3Chat.ai

Note: This deletion action is irreversible. Once disconnected, 3Chat.ai will no longer receive or store messages from this channel.

Click “Delete” to disconnect the channel

Step 4: (Optional) Delete Your Entire 3Chat.ai Account

If you wish to delete all data (including data from other channels such as WhatsApp, web chat), please send an email to contact@3chatai.com with the subject “Request for complete account and data deletion” to contact our support team.

We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Additional Information

• 3Chat.ai accesses data only through Meta's official Graph API endpoint.

• We do not store Facebook user IDs, profiles, or authentication tokens, except for the data required for messaging.

• Disconnecting the channel will automatically trigger data deletion to comply with Meta's data deletion requirements.
