Before integrating WhatsApp, please review the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth setup process.
When linking your WhatsApp account to 3Chat.AI, keep the following points in mind:

Network Setup
Both your mobile device (WhatsApp) and your desktop device (3Chat admin dashboard for QR code scanning) must be connected to an international proxy at the same time.
Use the Same Proxy
During the QR code scanning process, make sure your phone and computer are using the same proxy address. Using different proxies may cause the connection to fail.
Account Requirements
The WhatsApp account used for integration should not be newly registered.
We recommend using an account that has been active for several days with normal chat history to reduce the risk of a temporary 24-hour restriction.
Friendly Reminder
The WhatsApp connection process may be affected by third-party network conditions, proxy tools, and WhatsApp platform policies, which can introduce some uncertainty.
While we’ll do our best to support and guide you through the process, we’re unable to guarantee outcomes influenced by external networks or changes on the WhatsApp platform.

Make sure the WhatsApp account you’re connecting is in good standing and complies with WhatsApp’s usage policies.
