We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users utilizing the Services. Unless otherwise specified herein, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your prior consent. We may update this Policy from time to time, and your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance.

1.Data automatically collected when you access the Services or web platform, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language, access date and time, device and software information, and accessed pages.

Keywords you enter while using our search functions;

To support functionality and performance optimization, we integrate third-party SDKs (analytics, push notifications, mapping, etc.) that may request device permissions. The following is a summary:
2.1 Third‑Party SDKs
(a) com.xiaomi.mipush, com.xiaomi.push (Xiaomi Push SDK)
Purpose: Supports the use of Xiaomi Push Service only on Xiaomi phones.
(b) com.huawei.hms, com.huawei.agconnect (Huawei Push SDK, Huawei Scan SDK)
Purpose: Supports the use of Huawei Push Service and Huawei Scan Service only on Huawei phones.
(c) com.heytap.msp.push (OPPO Push SDK)
Purpose: Supports the use of OPPO Push Service only on OPPO phones.
(d) com.vivo.push (VIVO Push SDK)
Purpose: Supports the use of VIVO Push Service only on VIVO phones.
(e) com.tencent.smtt (Tencent TBS Browser)
Purpose: Used for browsing document files such as PDF, WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT.
(f) com.umeng.+ (Umeng Analytics)
Purpose: Conducts App usage data analysis to optimize the App's user experience and functions.
(g) com.amap.api (Amap API)
Purpose: Provides map services, used for displaying maps and locations in forms.
(h) com.aliyun (Alibaba Cloud ARMS Service)
2.2 Permissions Explanation
Camera: For profile photos, attachments, QR scanning
Phone calls: To dial customer support
Storage access: For caching images or configurations
Network & call state, IMEI, location, Android ID, clipboard, app info: Used by SDKs for optimizations and map features
2.3 Data Storage
Local cache: For images, configurations, login cookies
Cloud storage: Business data generated during use is stored on servers within mainland China
3.Use of Information
We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unrelated third parties, except with your consent or where the third party cooperates in service delivery (and then only for that purpose, with access revoked afterward). We prohibit third parties from collecting, editing, selling, or redistributing your data by any means; violators may face service termination.

5.Data Security

It is your responsibility to safeguard your data when providing it to third parties. If you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.
6.Account Deletion
Personal accounts: Request deletion through your company administrator; deletion is immediate. Administrators retain access to generated data.
Enterprise accounts: Submit a deletion request via your customer manager. Once completed, the enterprise account and its data will be frozen and inaccessible.
7.Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. We will notify users via in‑app prompts or website notices.
Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance.
